Return Policy for damaged merchandise:

You must notify us within 5 days of any breakage or defect. We will then send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please understand that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs sending the items back to us. The defective items must reach us within 21 days of your notification. We will replace your item within 28 days at no further cost to you.

Return Policy for unwanted products:

Paasolainen's on-line General Store,  would like all of their customers happy and satisfied with their orders. We understand that sometimes an item is just not what you expected. Notify us within 5 days of receiving your item and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must reach us within 21 days of your notification. As soon as we receive the merchandise back into our warehouse a credit voucher will be issued for the original price minus shipping and handling. You may use this credit voucher with any of your future orders.
