Welcome to the wonderful world of "EASY" fundraising.
Your Responsibilities
1. Book your dates and times – We suggest a 2-day event, to allow for an
evening and a daytime option, such as Friday evening and Saturday daytime.
You may however find it necessary to have only one date offered. We will
assist you with planning the date and times, based on your needs and the
needs of those you expect to participate.
2. Advertise your fundraiser and invite everyone you know. We recommend you
take advantage of the "FREE" services available to organizations
in Thunder Bay to assist in advertising your fundraiser.
Our Responsibilities
1. We will provide the location for your fundraiser. Our business/home at 401
Adams Street.
2. We will provide all the refreshments.
3. We will provide all the prizes. These include a door prize, a draw for
people who bring 2 or more guests with them, as well as random draws
throughout your event’s scheduled hours. We just make it fun!
4. Your guests are invited to sample the wonderful taste treats of Mom’s
Pantry Products, which they can order at the event. (Your organization will
receive 40% of the Mom’s Pantry sales). Our gift catalogues will be
displayed for your guests to browse through and place orders. (Your group
will receive 40% of the Catalogue sales). As well, your guests may browse
through our gift shop and make purchases while they are here. Your
organization will also receive a percentage of these sales.
5. For the Mom’s Pantry orders and the Catalogue orders, we take care of all
sorting and contact each customer when their products are ready (approx. 20
working days) and they in turn will come back to us to pick up their
merchandise.
6. We then mail your organization an itemized account of the orders/sales for
your records, along with payment of your fundraising profit (via cheque). Your
cheque will arrive approx. 20 working days after your event.

Your customers may
purchase from us on-line.
Everyone can shop
at their own convenience and click through the different categories in our
"Online Catalogues",
"Products" and our "Special Occasions" categories.
We accept Visa,
MasterCard and American Express.
If someone does not
have a credit card they may print out a copy of the order form from our site and
fax, mail or drop off a cheque with their order to us.
Each customer will
be responsible for their own shipping and it will be shipped directly to them.
Your organization will not have any work to do at all.
Your group will
receive a copy of each order and a cheque for 35% of the sales after each order
has been shipped out and any and all cheques have cleared. (approximately 20
days)

immediately start placing their orders and earning your organization money.

Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. If you would prefer, you may copy the
order form from their website and fax a copy or mail it to them with a cheque.
Your order will be sent
directly to you approximately 20 days after the above date.
