Return Policies
Please notify us within 5 days of any breakage or defect.
We will then issue you a Merchandise Authorization number and ask that you please send it back to us in original factory condition, and include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The defective items must reach us within 21 days of your notification. After we receive the merchandise we will send you out a replacement item and place a credit into your account for the return postage. You may use this credit when you place your next order.
Policy For Broken or Damaged Sale Merchandise:
Please remember that Sale gift items can sell out very quickly because of the drastically reduced prices.
They are intended to give you great deals for your business.
The Sale items are changed every month and new gift items may be added as the gifts get Sold Out.
"SALE" items that are broken or damaged will be replaced, if they are still available or a credit will be issued to your account.

Paasolainen's would like all of our wholesale customers to be happy and satisfied with the items they order.
We do understand that sometimes an item is just not what you expected.

All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping and all returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Merchandise must reach us within 21 days of your notification. Once we receive the merchandise back to us a credit will be placed into your account, which you may use on your next order.
Policy For Unwanted Sale Merchandise:
We have a "NO RETURN" policy on our "SALE" items. Be sure to check all the specifics on each item such as size, what the gift is made of, etc.
